Ruken Baysal

Ruken Baysal has extensive experience in the legal and compliance sectors, currently serving as the Head of the Group CEO Office and Group Compliance at Baloise Group since September 2009. Prior experience includes roles as a Legal Trainee in the Legal Service Department of the government of canton Basel-Land and at Novartis, as well as an Assistant position at Hoffmann-La Roche from December 2003 to December 2007. Ruken Baysal holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law from the University of Zurich (2012-2014) and a lic.iur. in Law from the University of Basel (2002-2008).
