Caro van Aardt

Caro van Aardt is an experienced localization strategist currently working at Balsam Brands since October 2021, previously serving as a localization analyst. Prior roles include healthcare assistant at Beacon Hospital and interpreter for the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa. Caro has an extensive background as a translator and project manager with Folio Translation Consultants, managing translation projects for various clients. Educationally, Caro holds a Master’s Degree in Afrikaans Linguistics and a Bachelor of Arts in Languages and Literature from North-West University, along with a Level 5 TEFL certificate. Additionally, Caro has experience as an educational interpreter and a text editor for Wapad Student newspaper.
