Joe Dellinger

Joe Dellinger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 1994, they were the President of Holiday Pools of Florida, overseeing the construction of over 200 swimming pools for various home builders. From 1999 to 2007, they worked for John Cannon Homes as the Sales Director of the Tampa Bay Region, achieving top sales producer status for seven consecutive years. Since 2010, Joe has been associated with Balsam Mountain Preserve, where they have held roles as the COO and in Real Estate and Development Sales.

Joe Dellinger attended Gaston College from 1972 to 1973, studying Surveying Engineering. Joe then went on to complete a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at Gardner-Webb University from 1973 to 1975.
