Brandon Gavic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing, particularly within e-commerce. Currently serving as SVP Sales & Marketing and SVP eCommerce at Balta Rugs since August 2018, Brandon has been instrumental in establishing dedicated e-commerce capabilities for a global leader in machine woven area rugs, collaborating with prominent partners such as Wayfair. Previously, as Director of E-Commerce Sales at Serta Simmons Bedding, Brandon led a team focused on online sales strategies for major retailers like Amazon and Overstock. Brandon's earlier roles include Sales Manager for eCommerce at Surya, where responsibilities included integrating company goals within the e-commerce segment, and Director of Business and Brand Development at Jaxx Bean Bags, overseeing all aspects of sales and product development. Brandon also possesses academic qualifications, holding a Master’s degree in General Management from Vlerick Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
