Maciej Kopański currently serves as Investment Director at BaltCap since November 2019 and holds the position of Proxy at IZIM Inwestycje Infrastrukturalne since January 2017. Previously, Maciej was Development Director at ENGIE Polska from June 2016 to December 2019, where responsibility included developing the ENGIE offer in the Polish market, particularly in public-private partnership projects. Maciej's extensive experience also includes roles as CEO of ENGIE Technika Instalacyjna from October 2006 to December 2019, where operations were scaled to meet market demands during digital business transformation, and as Commercial Director and Head of PM Department at Bilfinger Industrial Services Polska. Earlier roles involved project management at Balcke-Dürr Polska and design positions at Skanska Teknik and AiB Design office. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s in Structural Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology, complemented by executive education in project financing and digital business transformation.
