Genna Nibaldi currently serves as the Head of Marketing at Balter Brewing Company since January 2024, previously holding various marketing leadership roles at Stone & Wood Brewing Company from October 2018 to December 2023. Expertise includes brand strategy and management, consumer insights, premium sponsorship, digital and e-commerce strategies, and financial management. Genna has also contributed to the inGrained Foundation as Head of Communications & Fundraising from 2019 to 2022 and has been involved with the Northern Rivers NSW marketing subcommittee. Previous experiences include positions at Carlton & United Breweries, Aegis Media, Diageo, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and PwC, with a focus on brand management and financial services. Genna holds a MiniMBA and degrees in Banking & Finance and Accounting from Monash University and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.
