Robin Andersson

Robin Andersson is a seasoned professional in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the founder and co-owner of Gastróma since February 2022. This venture aims to simplify the purchasing process for restaurants, driven by a strong passion and industry knowledge. Prior to Gastróma, Robin was a co-owner at Balthazar starting in June 2018 and held the position of head chef at Viskan Vinbar from June 2016 to June 2018. From August 2007 to June 2016, Robin worked as a sous chef at Quality Hotel Grand Borås. Robin's educational background includes studies at Almås gymnasiet from August 2004 to July 2007.
