Alexandre Gaillouste is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and marketing. Currently serving as Directeur associé and Senior Manager responsible for the Digital & Innovation Business Unit at Balthazar since September 2014, Alexandre specializes in organizational transformation and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes a role as Directeur Marketing des Services d'Accompagnement Client at Orange, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing customer support services across multiple channels, and managing the flagship store on the Champs-Elysées. Previous positions also include Project Manager at Compass Group UK & Ireland, Assistant for the Director at SNCF, and Assistant to the General Manager at Accor Hotels. Alexandre holds an MSc in Management from emlyon business school and completed a preparatory class at Lycée Pierre de Fermat.
