Anna Hizhenkova has over 15 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on international trade and brand development within the beverage industry. Currently serving as Head of International Trade Marketing Group for Baltika Breweries, part of the Carlsberg Group, since May 2014, Anna has successfully developed marketing plans for export markets, managed advertising budgets, conducted negotiations, and provided training for sales and marketing staff. Prior to this role, Anna worked as a marketing manager for export markets and as a trade marketing specialist at OAO Пивоваренная Компания Балтика, where responsibilities included organizing marketing activities and budgeting.
