Dave Klee

Dave Klee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic, financial, and operational leadership within the HVAC and industrial sectors. Since October 2014, Klee has served as General Manager at Baltimore Aircoil Company, where responsibilities include developing individuals and teams for operational excellence. Prior roles include Director of Sales and Marketing and Director of HVAC & Industrial at Baltimore Aircoil Company, focusing on growth initiatives across North America. Prior to this, Klee held various leadership positions at Johnson Controls from June 2004 to October 2014, including Director of Optimized Building Solutions, where management of HVAC optimization offerings was a key focus. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Sales Engineer at York International, specializing in commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Klee holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Babson College.
