Donna Kiefer

Donna Kiefer, CSM, currently serves as the Global Engineering Manager - Controls at Baltimore Aircoil Company since May 2023. Previously, Kiefer held various leadership roles at Honeywell from September 2016 to May 2023, including Site Leader and Senior Manager of Engineering, overseeing operations management and engineering departments in the industrial automation sector. Prior experience includes positions at Dematic North America, where Kiefer was the Electrical Controls Engineer IV / Lead, and at IDEA as Engineer / Project Manager, in addition to roles at HESCO as a Technical Sales Engineer and at The Wiremold Company in engineering and maintenance. Kiefer's educational background includes degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - The Lally School of Management, Princeton University, and Penn State University.
