Annie Fullas

Annie Fullas is an experienced professional in finance and operations, currently serving as a Senior Advisor in the Department of Finance for the City of Baltimore since October 2021. During the same tenure, Annie has also held the role of Acting Deputy Chief of Administration for the Department of General Services and previously worked as the Executive Administrative Manager in the Director's Office within the same department. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Associate in Operations and Strategy and Special Assistant to the CEO at Education Forward DC, as well as roles in governance and executive leadership at 340B Health. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Ethics, Peace, and Global Affairs from American University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a minor in Religion, from Simpson College.
