Mohammed Rahman

Mohammed Rahman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public works and engineering. Currently serving as the Acting Chief Business Strategy Officer at the Baltimore City Department of Public Works since December 2015, Mohammed oversees the Customer Service and Support Division, Meter Shop operations, and the Office of Strategy and Performance, focusing on operational improvements and turnaround projects. Previous roles include Director of Special Projects, Chief Technical Officer, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager within the same department, where responsibilities spanned compliance programs, infrastructure design, and wastewater utility project management. Prior experience includes positions as a Military EMC Test Engineer at MET Laboratories, Project Associate at the Infrastructure Corporation of Andhra Pradesh, and various roles at Fuel Power Ltd and Capita.
