Valorie Lacour

Valorie LaCour has a strong background in landscape architecture and transportation planning. Currently serving as the Chief ADA Compliance Division and Manager Strategic Initiatives at Baltimore City Department of Transportation, Valorie focuses on enhancing transportation choices for residents and finding efficiencies in infrastructure maintenance. In their previous roles, Valorie has managed projects, created administrative procedures, and overseen land development portfolios. Valorie holds a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wright State University.
