Andre Beckles, MBA, PMP, CSM, currently serves as the Baltimore Peninsula Local Hiring Law Project Coordinator at the Baltimore City Mayor's Office of Employment Development, where responsibilities include data analysis, compliance evaluation for hiring regulations, and contractor communication coordination.
