Andre Beckles

Andre Beckles, MBA, PMP, CSM, currently serves as the Baltimore Peninsula Local Hiring Law Project Coordinator at the Baltimore City Mayor's Office of Employment Development, where responsibilities include data analysis, compliance evaluation for hiring regulations, and contractor communication coordination. Previous roles include Business Services Representative and YouthWorks Job Developer/Coach within the same office. Andre's career began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, progressing from Management Trainee to Assistant Manager, during which time Andre achieved multiple sales awards and fostered employee development. Additional experience includes Customer Service Associate at Walgreens and a commitment to community service through involvement with Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.
