Brady Wheeler, MPA, currently serves as the Senior Program Manager for The Blueprint for Maryland’s Future at the Baltimore City Mayor's Office of Employment Development, leading the implementation of the Kirwan Blueprint Career Coach initiative. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Youth Opportunities at Baltimore Youth Arts, where programming for youth life skills and career readiness was developed and managed, alongside a team of career readiness facilitators. Brady Wheeler has held various roles, including Partnerships and Job Placement Coordinator at The Choice Program at UMBC and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Baltimore, contributing to public policy research.
