Crystal Francis

Crystal Francis is a highly experienced educator with a robust background in early learning and special education. Current roles include Executive Director of Early Learning Programs at Baltimore City Public Schools, overseeing significant Judy Center grants, and previously serving in various leadership capacities within the organization. Prior experience includes a position as Special Education Staff Developer at Susan Wagner Day School, where responsibilities encompassed teacher development and curriculum coordination. Crystal has also worked as a Research Associate at RMC Research Corporation and held internships at the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards and Achievement First. Educational credentials include an Ed.M in Sociology and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, an M.T. in Special Education, and a B.A. in History, both from the University of Virginia.
