Paul Tolliver

Paul Tolliver is an experienced educator and community advocate with a strong background in teaching and coaching. Currently serving as an Algebra 2 teacher at Baltimore City Public Schools and DC/DB JV Football Coach at Mergenthaler Vocational-Technical High School since June 2021, Paul also has extensive experience in community outreach and counseling roles. Previous positions include TBS/PRP Counselor and Camp Director at Changing Turn Community Healthcare Services, where Paul implemented activities for youth and supervised various events. Additional experience includes serving as Community Resources Coordinator at Dynamic Healthcare Solutions, where Paul developed community resources and events, and as Director of Community Outreach at Tender Hearts, Inc., focused on partnership-building. Educationally, Paul holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Liberal Studies from Morgan State University and has a diverse academic background in psychology and computer science.
