Paul Wolman

Paul Wolman is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in education, philanthropy, and organizational development. As the Founder of Educator Support Collaborative since January 2023, Wolman aims to inspire public support for educators. Throughout their career, Wolman has served as Principal of WolmanEdge since February 2017, focusing on enhancing the impact of foundations and non-profits, and as an Advisor for EverCleanPros, providing expert support in property and environmental management. Wolman has held various leadership roles, including Trustee at the Baltimore Community Foundation and Board Chair for Teach For America Baltimore, advocating for educational equity. As a former Adjunct Faculty member at Maryland Institute College of Art, Wolman contributed to graduate-level education, and as Founder of FEATS, Wolman developed initiatives to boost engagement and philanthropy for various organizations. Wolman’s education includes a JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a BA in Urban Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
