Annette Gregory-McArthur

Annette Gregory-McArthur is the current Senior Director of Learning & Development at Baltimore Corps. Annette has also held the position of Middle School Director at SEED Public Charter School of Washington DC from January 2015 to December 2016. Prior to that, they were with Overachieve Consulting and before that, they worked as an Assistant Principal with District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) from January 2006 to December 2012. Annette Gregory-McArthur started their career as a Classroom Teacher with Baltimore City Public Schools from January 1997 to December 2006 and then moved to Prince George's County Public Schools where they worked from January 1997 to December 2006. Annette has also worked as a Classroom Teacher with Charles City County Publ Schl.

Annette Gregory-McArthur has a Master of Education from the University of the District of Columbia in Urban Education. Annette also has a Master of Education from McDaniel College in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Bachelor of Science from Coppin State University in Social Sciences.

Annette Gregory-McArthur reports to Fagan Harris, President & CEO. They work with Andy Parker - General Counsel & VP of Advocacy, Karon McFarlane - COO, and Laurie Farrell - Senior Director of Communications & Marketing.
