Liz Berquist

Liz Berquist has extensive experience in the field of education, currently serving as the Executive Director of Employee Development at Baltimore County Public Schools since September 2016. Previous roles at the same institution include Director of Employee Training and Development, Director of Professional Learning, and Coordinator of Professional Growth and Partnerships. Additionally, Liz has worked as an Educational Consultant for All In, Inc. since 2009 and was part of Towson University's Department of Special Education as a faculty member from August 2008 to August 2016. Early career experience includes teaching and curriculum instruction staff positions at Baltimore County Public Schools from August 2000 to July 2008. Liz Berquist holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Instructional Technology from Towson University, a Master of Education (MEd) in Special Education from Towson University, and a Bachelor's degree in American Studies and Education from Washington College.
