Michele Wagner

Michele Wagner has extensive experience in web development and project management, primarily with Baltimore County Public Schools since May 2001 as Manager of Solutions Implementation, overseeing a team of ten developers and designing web-based solutions using SQL Server and ASP. Previous roles include Supervisor of Solutions Development and Systems Management at the same institution and various positions at DPI Business Infosystems, Issue Dynamics, Inc., and the Interactive Services Association, where Michele contributed to the design and development of web applications and managed technical support and database maintenance. Michele holds a Master of Arts in Publication/Interactive Design from the University of Baltimore and a BA in English from Salisbury University.
