Timmy Ruppersberger

Timmy Ruppersberger currently serves as the Vice President of Communications at The Education Foundation for Baltimore County Public Schools since May 2018, while also being a Past President and Board Member of the University of Maryland Alumni Association since May 2006. With 29 years of legal experience in public finance, Timmy Ruppersberger has represented and advised state and local governments in various areas including infrastructure financing and economic development. Additionally, Timmy Ruppersberger has held positions such as Past President and Board Member of the Education Foundation for Baltimore County Public Schools, COO at Clapp 360 Communications, and a board member of the University of Maryland College Park Foundation. Earlier in the career, Timmy Ruppersberger was Of Counsel at Venable LLP and served as the Administrative Head of the Towson Office. Timmy Ruppersberger earned a law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and holds a BA in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland.
