Carol Wellham

Carol Wellham, SPHR/CCP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive expertise in talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, performance management, and employee relations. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Baltimore Gas & Electric since September 2005, Carol has also held various HR roles within Exelon Utilities and Constellation Energy. Prior experience includes management positions at Tuchenhagen North America, Shire Pharmaceuticals, and AlliedSignal Aerospace. Carol's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business & Management from The Johns Hopkins University and an Associate's degree in Business Management from Catonsville Community College. With a strong focus on organizational development and compliance with labor law requirements, Carol is well-versed in merger and acquisition processes, data collection, and the implementation of company initiatives.
