Chloe Bean

Chloe Bean, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Beneficial Electrification at Baltimore Gas and Electric, having progressed through roles as a Senior Policy Analyst and Senior Business Analyst since August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as the Center Administrator at the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering and Grants Manager at the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation, where responsibilities included managing grants and coordinating diverse national projects. Chloe also held roles at the Maryland Energy Administration as a Procurement Officer and Clean Energy Grant Administrator, overseeing significant grant programs and engaging with businesses on renewable energy initiatives. Chloe holds a Master of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
