David Burnett, MBA, PMP has extensive experience in project management and operations management. David has held various positions throughout their career, including Principal Project Manager and Senior Project Manager at Baltimore Gas & Electric, Senior Project Manager at Davcon Gibson, LLC, Project Manager at Welch and Rushe, Inc., Mechanical Project Manager at Commercial Interiors Construction, Inc., Project Manager/Estimator at Annapolis Painting Services, Senior Project Manager at PBM Limbach, and Operations Manager/Project Manager at Ronco Mechanical Contractors, Inc. David has consistently delivered exceptional service, maintained high standards, and successfully managed multiple client projects within budget and on schedule. David has also demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, client service, sales, accounting, and training. David Burnett holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Maryland University College, which they earned in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the same university in 2013. In 1981, they attended North Carolina State University, where they studied engineering. Before their college education, David completed their high school education at Severn School, specializing in college preparatory studies. In addition to their degrees, David Burnett has obtained several certifications, including the EM 385-1-1 Site Safety & Health Officer certification from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in 2015. David also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they earned in 2014.
