Frank J. Moffa IV

Frank J. Moffa IV is vice president of project and contract management overseeing the majority of capital investments in the gas, electric distribution and transmission system. In this role, he leads teams responsible for the execution of these projects as well as managing BGE's contractual relationships with its engineering and construction vendors.
