Jose Santiago

Jose Santiago, P.E., M.Eng. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Manager of Substation Engineering & Standards at Baltimore Gas & Electric since January 2005. In this role, Jose leads the Substation Physical Engineering & Design Unit and contributes significantly to the Civil design team. Prior to this position, Jose worked as a Soil Technician at Geo Technology & Associates, where responsibilities included soil testing for compaction and the creation of standard and modified proctor curves. Jose holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both obtained from the University of Maryland, with studies completed in 2008 and 2005, respectively.
