Leah Davidge

Leah Davidge, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Gas System Operations and Director of Human Resources at Baltimore Gas and Electric since November 2005. In these roles, Leah leads a team of six HR business partners and develops strategies for an organization of 3,000 employees, focusing on talent management, diversity and inclusion, and organizational effectiveness. Prior to this, Leah worked as a Principal HR Business Partner at Mercy Medical Center, where responsibilities included collaborating with managers on recruitment, policy interpretation, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits, and performance reviews. Earlier career experience includes roles as a recruiter at The Park Group and TEKsystems. Leah holds a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on HR from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Science and Policy from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
