Edward Rothstein (COL, Ret.) serves as a board member for the Governor's Workforce Development Board, the Maryland Association of Counties, and the Baltimore Metropolitan Council. Additionally, Rothstein is a partner at Newport LLC and the president and owner of ERA Advisory, which specializes in business strategy, leadership development, and government contracting. Since December 2018, Rothstein has been a Carroll County Commissioner for District 5 and a board member of the FORT MEADE ALLIANCE FOUNDATION. Previously, Rothstein held the position of executive director at The BWI Business Partnership, Inc. and served on the board of the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore. Rothstein has also taught leadership and business management as an adjunct professor at Anne Arundel Community College. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in National Security and Resource Strategy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School, a master's in Human Resource Development from Webster University, and a bachelor's degree in Education from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
