Michael Carver

Michael Carver currently serves as the Director of Advancement at the Baltimore Museum of Art, a position held since September 2025. Previously, Michael worked as a Search Consultant at Aspen Leadership Group from August 2022 to August 2025, and in various roles including Sr. Associate Director of Development and Associate Director of Development at The Johns Hopkins University from October 2013 to July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Development Officer - Annual Giving and Major Gifts at St. Mary's College of Maryland from February 2011 to September 2013, and as the Director of Annual Giving & Special Gifts at the University of Baltimore from August 2005 to February 2011. Michael holds a B.A. in Political Science from St. Mary's College of Maryland, completed between 2001 and 2005.
