Christian Poulsen is an experienced baseball trainer specializing in hitting. Currently serving as the Lead Hitting Trainer at Elite Baseball Training since November 2024, Poulsen also holds the position of Affiliate Hitting Coach for the Baltimore Orioles since November 2021. Previous roles include Assistant Coach for the North Adams Steeplecats in 2021, Biomechanical Hitting Analyst at Elite Baseball Training, and Player Development Intern with the Toronto Blue Jays. Poulsen’s career in baseball commenced as a Biomechanical Hitting Intern at Elite Baseball Training in 2019. Educational credentials include a degree from Maryville College, obtained between 2015 and 2019.
