Shawn Barletta

Shawn Barletta has extensive experience in community relations and customer service within the sports industry, currently serving in the Community Relations department for the Baltimore Orioles since July 2012. Responsibilities include managing player and coach obligations and overseeing specialty auctions. Previously held positions as a Group Sales Representative and Ticketing and Fan Services Representative, providing high-level customer service and resolving ticket-related issues. Additionally, Shawn co-hosted the sports talk show "Extra Innings" on WAZL Radio and worked with The Topps Company on autograph sessions and memorabilia logistics. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
