Kim Stevenson

Kim Stevenson currently serves as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager at the Baltimore Police Department, specializing in the execution of DEI strategies, training development, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven evaluation of equity practices. Previously, Kim held the position of Community Program Coordinator at the Baltimore Police Department, focusing on policy management to prevent unethical conduct. Additional experience includes serving as a Criminal Justice Associate in the Mayor's Office, where Kim developed outreach plans and coordinated community services, as well as roles in management and planning with the Office of the Inspector General and administrative support within the City of Baltimore and the Maryland House of Delegates. Kim holds a Master of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Baltimore and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Government from Towson University.
