Samuel Hood

Samuel Hood has served as a Commander at the Baltimore Police Department since February 2003, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to law enforcement and community safety. Samuel Hood completed an education at The University of Findlay from 1982 to 1985, which has complemented the extensive experience gained in various roles within the police department over the years.
