Shallah Graham

Shallah Graham has extensive work experience in finance, budgeting, and administration. Shallah has held various leadership roles in different organizations. From 2019 to present, they have been the Chief Financial Officer at the Baltimore Police Department, overseeing the Finance Division and managing a large budget. Prior to that, they worked as a Budget Analyst at the United States Department of Defense, where they managed reimbursement activities and developed spend plans. From 2009 to 2017, they worked at the Fort Worth Police Department, first as an Assistant Director of Police and later as a Senior Administrative Services Manager. In these roles, they led teams and was responsible for budgeting, finance, and policy management. Before that, they worked at the City of Fort Worth as a Management Analyst and Economic Development Specialist. Shallah also has experience in economic development and marketing, having worked as an Economic Development Specialist at the Tyler Economic Development Council. Overall, Shallah Graham has a strong background in financial management and has held leadership roles in both the public and private sectors.
