Raven Jones

Raven Jones has extensive experience in sports management and operations, currently serving as the Ticket Programs & Rewards Manager at the Baltimore Ravens since August 2018, after holding roles as Ticket Programs Coordinator and Intern for PSL Owner Rewards/Ticket Office. Additionally, Raven has been an intern at The Team 980 since December 2017, assisting in marketing, client event support, accounting tasks, and daily office operations. Prior experience includes a position as a Student Manager for the University of Maryland Women's Basketball team from January 2015 to May 2017, where responsibilities included organizing team operations, coordinating travel, managing statistics, and performing administrative duties. Raven holds a Sports Management degree from Georgetown University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with a minor in Spanish from the University of Maryland (2013-2017).
