Courtneye Drake

Courtneye Drake is a seasoned marketing project manager with extensive experience in managing project lifecycles across various industries. Currently serving as a Marketing Project Manager at the University of Maryland Medical System since September 2024, Courtneye previously worked at Redstart Creative as a Project Manager from August 2022 to September 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the proposal process for nonprofit clients. Earlier roles include serving as a Marketing Project Manager at Barlele, managing diverse projects and client accounts, and as Events & Programming Manager at the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore, where Courtneye created project timelines, negotiated contracts, and managed marketing campaigns. In addition, Courtneye has experience in event coordination and project assistance, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills. Courtneye holds a degree in Digital Communications from the University of Baltimore.
