Dave Curtis possesses over 27 years of experience in human resources information systems (HRIS) across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of HRIS at the University of Maryland Medical System since September 2011, Dave Curtis has developed and implemented comprehensive HRIS strategies aligned with organizational objectives and collaborated with senior management to prioritize technology initiatives. Prior roles at Sparrow Health System included responsibilities as a Senior HRIS Analyst and HRIS Analyst, focusing on user needs analysis, system modifications, and project management. Educationally, Dave Curtis holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Capella University.
