Kelly Frazier

Kelly Frazier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Decision Strategist at the University of Maryland Medical System since May 2023 and Chief Executive Officer at Woodfield Consulting since February 2022, Kelly has previously held key positions such as Deputy Team Lead for Engineering, Agile, Acquisition, and Economic Analysis at Irving Burton Associates from 2009 until September 2024, and Senior Program Manager at General Dynamics from February 2017 to February 2023. Additionally, Kelly was the Owner of The Frazier Group, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting at-risk youth through education and business relationships from 1992 to 2015, and worked as a Principal Consultant at Eyak Technology, LLC from October 2008 to September 2009. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh.
