Rebecca Altman RN, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at the University of Maryland Medical Center Midtown, a position held since October 2023. As an adjunct professor at George Washington University, Rebecca teaches online courses on health policy analysis, focusing on U.S. healthcare reform. With a rich background in healthcare consulting, including roles at xG Health Solutions and Johns Hopkins Medicine International, Rebecca's expertise encompasses change management, physician leadership, and quality improvement in healthcare systems.
