Shoshana Davidoff-Gore is a Program Manager at Baltimore's Promise, where they oversee the Baltimore Summer Funding Collaborative. Shoshana previously worked as a Job Coach with YouthWorks in Baltimore, and as an Intern with The Dublin City Interfaith Forum.
Shoshana has always been interested in social justice and promoting dialogue between different groups of people. As a Job Coach, they designed and facilitated discussions and projects that encouraged critical thinking beyond the online curriculum. In addition, they fostered genuine personal connections with participants by tailoring programming to individual needs and interests and by addressing relevant social justice issues in everyday interactions.
As an Intern with DCIF, Shoshana promoted interfaith dialogue and religious literacy across seven different faith traditions. In addition to completing administrative and programmatic work for the organization, they attended and participated in interfaith meetings and events across Dublin, acting as a liaison between DCIF and their peers at the Trinity College School of Religion.
Shoshana's experience in facilitating discussions and promoting dialogue between different groups of people makes their an ideal Program Manager for the Baltimore Summer Funding Collaborative. Shoshana is committed to making sure that all young people have access to quality education and opportunities to succeed.
Shoshana Davidoff-Gore received their M.Phil in Intercultural Theology and Interreligious Studies from Trinity College Dublin. Shoshana also has a Bachelor of Arts in American/United States Studies/Civilization from Yale University. Lastly, they have a High School Diploma from Baltimore City College.
