Marc Bernstein is the CEO and founder of Balto. Prior to Balto, they were an account executive at TopOPPS, where they were named Clutch Player of the Year and Sales Contributor of the Year. Before TopOPPS, Marc was the director of business development at PFITR, where they built outbound sales strategies that increased PFITR's lead volume by more than 260% in less than 5 months.

Prior to PFITR, Marc founded DoorStep Fitness, a direct-to-home personal training company that grew to over 100 clients and 5 personal trainers on staff. Before DoorStep Fitness, Marc was the president and founder of BCC Charitable Investment Group, an organization that invests in the stock market and donates capital gains to charity.

Marc Bernstein received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, with a major in entrepreneurship and marketing and a minor in psychology. Marc is certified by the Association of Public Treasurers of the US & Canada as an Advanced Public Funds Investment Manager, and by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as both a Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Certified Personal Trainer. In addition, they are certified by the American Academy of Professional Coders in HIPAA Compliance.
