Matt Vance has extensive experience in customer success and system administration, currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Balto since August 2021, after holding the position of Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to Balto, Matt Vance worked at Homecare Homebase from October 2018 to August 2021 as a System Administrator and Implementation Consultant. An earlier role as a Sales Representative at Legal Draft Beer Company spanned from August 2016 to October 2018. Additionally, Matt Vance contributed to Camp Thurman between August 2013 and August 2016 in two capacities, first as Merchandise Manager, overseeing merchandise selection and order fulfillment, and second as Challenge Adventure Program Facilitator, leading team-building exercises.
