Mitchell R. Fenton CPP, CCM, has extensive experience in security management and public relations, currently serving as the Director of Facilities, Security & Public Relations at Baltusrol Golf Club since June 2004. Fenton has held significant positions including Chief Security Officer and Executive Security Director at Baltusrol, and was a member of the 2018 U.S Junior Amateur Committee. As Principal at Front Gate Security Consultants, LLC, Fenton contributed to the 98th PGA Championship as an Executive Committee member. Fenton also served as Board Treasurer for the International Association of Professional Security Consultants and as a Trustee for the Union County College Foundation. An adjunct professor of Criminal Justice at Union County College, Fenton was involved in developing ANSI standards for private security operations. With a background in law enforcement and consulting, Fenton's career includes noteworthy roles at Blackwater Security Consultants and ASIS International. Fenton holds a Master's degree in Administrative Science focusing on project management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from UCNJ.
