Tomer Levy

Tomer Levy is an experienced founder and executive leader with a strong background in arts management and operational oversight. Currently serving as the Founder of Baluta Productions since 2013, Tomer previously held the role of Executive Director at The Midburn Art Foundation from August 2017 to October 2022. As Regional Director for Ultimate Peace from 2009 to August 2013, Tomer co-founded the association in Israel and managed ongoing operations, including annual budgeting and collaboration with the US Board. Earlier, from 2006 to 2009, Tomer was the VP and Head of the Press and Digital Division at IFAT GROUP, where significant achievements included consolidating three departments and overseeing a team of 120 professionals while managing the division's budget and P&L.
