Mark McNamara

Mark McNamara is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR systems and operations. Currently serving as the Head of People Systems and Operations at Balyasny Asset Management L.P. since September 2024, Mark previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Two Sigma from July 2014 to September 2024, where responsibility included leading the HR Solutions & Delivery Team. Earlier roles included Vice President at Goldman Sachs focused on HCM technology strategy, Assistant Vice President at Barclays Capital managing HR Management Information Systems, and positions at Lehman Brothers, Mellon Financial, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and French from Binghamton University.
