Neil Guha

Neil Guha is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in equity capital markets, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Balyasny Asset Management L.P. since April 2021, focusing on cross-sector long/short investing in recently public companies, particularly in technology, financials, fintech/payments, and energy/renewables. Prior to this, Neil held various roles at Morgan Stanley from August 2013 to April 2021, culminating in the position of Executive Director in Equity Capital Markets, with a focus on financials and natural resources. Additionally, Neil has a strong foundation in corporate finance, having worked as a Summer Teaching Associate at Training The Street and completed a comprehensive range of transactions at KBW as Assistant Vice President in Debt/Equity Capital Markets. Neil holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering and Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, complemented by an MBA exchange program at IESE Business School in Spain.
