Bill Moore

Bill Moore has a strong background in civil engineering and has held various roles in different companies. Bill started their career as a Staff Engineer at Triad Engineering, Inc. in 1996 and later became a Department Manager in 1999. From 2002 to 2005, they served as the Branch Manager, overseeing office management and handling tasks such as marketing, financial analysis, and employee administration. In 2005, they joined Patton, Harris, Rust & Associates, Inc. as a Senior Project Engineer before moving on to Terra Engineering & Land Solutions, PC in 2006, where they served as a Project Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Balzer and Associates, Inc., where they have been since May 2019.

Bill Moore obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from WVU, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Bill later obtained several certifications, including a license as a Professional Engineer in West Virginia and Virginia. Bill also obtained certifications as a WVDOH Aggregate Inspector, Compaction Inspector, and Portland Cement Inspector.
