Susan van Hees

Susan van Hees is an experienced professional in commercial business development and strategic advice, currently serving as Clustermanager Commercial Business Development at BAM Infra Nederland since March 2018. In this role, Susan leads initiatives across six departments and manages key accounts while contributing to programs focused on nitrogen impact analyses and emissions reduction. Previously held positions include management roles in environmental management and sustainability, as well as interim leadership in traffic management. Additionally, Susan is actively involved in the non-profit sector as Chair of Stichting Samen Lachen and collaborates on leadership training programs for stakeholder managers at Raakt. Susan's extensive background includes consultancy and advisory positions with various government agencies, alongside a solid educational foundation with a Master's degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a BA in Commercial Economics from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
